How limits work
- Repositories
- A repository counts once time can be logged on it. Archived, deactivated and paused repositories don’t count.
- Seats
- A seat is an active member of your team, in any role.
- History
- Free shows the last 60 days. Older entries are hidden, never deleted, and come back on any paid plan.
- Paused
- If you’re over a limit, extra repositories are paused and extra members are disabled, after 14 days. Their history, reports and timesheets stay; only new time (or, for a member, signing in) waits until there’s room.
Questions
What happens when we reach a limit?
Nothing stops working. You can’t add another repository or member until you upgrade or make room. Time already logged, reports and timesheets are untouched.
What happens if we downgrade?
The change takes effect at the end of your billing period. If you’re over the new plan’s limits, you get 14 days to choose which repositories stay active and which members keep a seat. After that the rest are paused or disabled, keeping administrators first, then members you pinned, then the most recently active. Nothing is deleted, and they come back when there’s room.
What happens if we cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your team moves to Free. If you’re over Free’s limits you get 14 days to choose which repositories stay active and which members keep a seat; after that the rest are paused or disabled by plan. Entries older than 60 days are hidden, nothing is deleted, and it all comes back when there’s room or if you subscribe again.
How do customers in India pay?
Checkout shows the price in your local currency where Paddle supports it, INR included. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so your invoice comes from Paddle.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in USD and exclude tax. Tax is added at checkout based on where you are, and shown on your invoice.
